INGREDIENTES:
1 lata de leite condensado
1 lata de creme de leite
5 ovos
300 g de chocolate branco picado
1 Copo de suco de maracujá concentrado.
Calda:
1 xícara de chá de açúcar
1/2 xícara de chá de água
polpa de 3 maracujás.
MODO DE PREPARO:

Bata no liquidificador os ovos, o leite condensado, o creme de leite, o suco de maracujá e o
chocolate já derretido no micro ondas.
Coloque em uma forma de pudim untada com manteiga e asse por cerca de 50 minutos, depois
coloque na geladeira por cerca de 1 hora .
Em uma panela coloque o açúcar, a água e a polpa do maracujá e cozinhe em fogo brando e depois
despeje em cima do pudim , coloque para gelar por mais 1 hora e sirva.
