10 saquinhos para geladinho
Recheio de coco
1 lata de leite condensado (395 g)
200 ml de leite de coco
300 ml de creme de leite fresco ou em lata (sem soro)
200 g de coco ralado (pode ser de pacote ou fresco).
MODO DE PREPARO:
Derreta o chocolate em banho-maria ou micro-ondas (30/30 segundos) e reserve.
PUBLICIDADE
Recheio:
Misture todos os ingredientes no liquidificador.
Com o auxílio de um bico de confeiteiro ou outro saquinho menor, coloque o chocolate nos saquinhos de geladinho.
Com um funil, despeje o recheio de coco nos saquinhos.
Feche bem os saquinhos e leve para o freezer até congelar.
